At DirectDistro , we are committed to processing and shipping your orders quickly and efficiently.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • We do our best to ensure fast turnaround, but please allow additional time during high-demand periods or holidays.

Shipping

  • We ship to all locations across Canada (or update based on your region).

  • Shipping rates  are included on cost of products, and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Final Sale Policy

  • All products are final sale. Due to the nature of the items we sell, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

  • The only exception to this policy is if a product arrives completely damaged or non-functional upon delivery.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives broken or non-functional, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or video of the damaged item

  • Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit.
